Gather and prepare the five essential raw materials: release paper, hydrophobic gel sheet, wood pulp, non-woven sheet (hydrophilic), and an absorbent core.
Layer the materials to form the structure of the sanitary napkin, with the absorbent core between the non-woven and release paper.
The assembled napkins are then sterilized in a UV sterilizer for 15 minutes to eliminate any pathogens and ensure hygiene before packing.
Finally, the sterilized napkins are packed into individual wrappers, resulting in the finished product ready for distribution.
